The best team in town! Craig and Nick go above and beyond for their clients. We've used them several times to buy and sell our homes. The last time we moved a couple of years ago we had been looking for a new home for over 6 months and they never pressured us to buy something that we weren't in love with and they were always available when we asked them to show us a new property. They helped sell our home in the fall market within a few days and helped us buy our new home that went into a bidding war within the first day. They know the market, they're very professional, responsive and most importantly they care. We couldn't ask for anything more!

I called Craig Fallico to help sell my condo. Not only did he have it under contract within a week, when that buyer fell through, he had it relisted and under contract again within two weeks!!! Between Nick and Craig, they were always available to show me properties while I was contemplating moving.
