After attempting FSBO for our townhouse, listing with Nick was the best decision we could have made. He was responsive to emails, texts and phone calls throughout the entire process. He helped us find a home to buy and negotiate an offer. Then it was a scramble for what to do with the townhouse we still owned. Nick screened rental applications while still showing it to potential buyers, and we ended up under contract to sell it just in time.
