There is so much I can say about Nick Fallico! He's patient, kind, trustworthy and works really hard for his clients! I met Nick about 3 years ago when he found the perfect rental for me. Because I had such a pleasant experience with him, I decided to reach out to Nick to find me the perfect starter home for my husband and I. That he did! It took a couple of months to find but he made sure to have me in my new home before my baby's due date. I highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a place live ! After attempting FSBO for our townhouse, listing with Nick was the best decision we could have made. He was responsive to emails, texts and phone calls throughout the entire process. He helped us find a home to buy and negotiate an offer. Then it was a scramble for what to do with the townhouse we still owned.
