When my wife and I were looking to buy our first home we called Craig to help us through the process. As first time buyers Craig's knowledge and experience was very comforting because we knew he would be able to help us buy the perfect house for us. Ten years later my wife and I were looking to sell that perfect starter home and once again turned to Craig. As we began prepping our home for sale we again asked his advice for paint and carpet colors to help us sell fast. While houses near us were sitting on the market ours sold in 1 week. Selling quickly was incredibly important for us because Craig had already shown us our perfect colonial on a 3/4 acre lot and we had to sell before we could close the deal. Having worked with Craig on multiple occasions, for both buying and selling I would recommend him to anyone and I have. I called Craig Fallico to help sell my condo. Not only did he have it under contract within a week, when that buyer fell through, he had it relisted and under contract again within two weeks!!!
