There are many aspects I like about Craig Fallico as my real estate agent. He helped find the perfect house for me. He is very hard working and honest, and because he has had so many years of experience, he could spot "faults" in houses that I couldn't see (such as previous water damage). I began working with Craig Fallico because the picture that I saw of him with the advertisement on his houses was so friendly I said... what a great guy to work with! As I became more serious and started looking at homes I was introduced to his son, Nick Fallico. Let me say if you are looking for a new home this team is absolutely the best! We looked at many condos before our "right one" showed up. Each time we scheduled an appointment Nick was so patient and so willing to talk us through the pros and cons of each place and he was so patient as we turned down one after another for various different reasons. Then, when our perfect condo showed up we scheduled an appointment to see it a week later on a Saturday. On Wednesday before our appointment he called at 8:00 that night to tell us someone was putting a bid in on the condo. We acted immediately and put a bid in on the condo too. Because of our offer and our deposit the homeowner chose us and signed our proposal! So, because Nick was so caring and attentive we are now moved into our dream home! We are so grateful to Craig and Nick Fallico for the great service, the caring support through the whole process, and feel we have made friends for life! Thanks guys!!
