We are relatively new to Park Ridge, and were quickly and warmly welcomed by the Fallico family. Nick and his dad are wonderful people who, among other things, have volunteered their time to coach wrestling and mentor my son, along with kids from all over the region. When I needed a realtor for our family I knew Team Fallico was the right choice due to Nick's charitable and trustworthy personality. He proved to be a skilled real estate professional, as he has bought and sold multiple properties for my family, and his team has exceeded our expectations on every sale.

I called Craig Fallico to help sell my condo. Not only did he have it under contract within a week, when that buyer fell through, he had it relisted and under contract again within two weeks!!! The best team in town! Craig and Nick go above and beyond for their clients. We've used them several times to buy and sell our homes. The last time we moved a couple of years ago we had been looking for a new home for over 6 months and they never pressured us to buy something that we weren't in love with and they were always available when we asked them to show us a new property. They helped sell our home in the fall market within a few days and helped us buy our new home that went into a bidding war within the first day.
