I was moving out of my home of 30 years and I do not like change. I was nervous and uncertain of the entire moving process. Then Nick Fallico reached out to me to help. He got to know me and what was important to me. He listened and never made me feel that I had to settle for anything I did not like. A? ? man of integrity that does what he says. He negotiated a great price for me that took me by surprise. Educated me along the way so I was well prepared for what paper work was needed and explained what I did not understand. He found for me my place of serenity and I will never forget him for that. He also has a wonderful sense of humor that helps during such a stressful transition. I have and will recommend Nick to family and friends. I am so happy in my new home and owe a lot to this man. I am glad to have him as my friend.
